This phase introduces sidewalks, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, and streetscape enhancements along Roosevelt Highway to improve safety and accessibility. Together, these updates create a more welcoming and connected experience for residents, commuters, and visitors entering the city.

Strengthening infrastructure above and below the surface.

This project improves Dixie Lake Road by resurfacing the roadway and replacing aging waterlines beneath it. By upgrading both pavement and utilities at the same time, the City is improving travel conditions while supporting reliable water service.
